Renaissance Style Sculpture of Mary Magdalene

Large mid-nineteenth century patinated plaster over wood statue of Mary Magdalene holding an apothecary jar of holy oil for anointing.  Created after the original late fifteenth century hand carved wooden sculpture is in the museum of medieval art, Musee Cluny, in Paris.  

39" H X 14" W X 11.5" D
