Our local village of Castillones had its weekly market today. We stocked up on fresh fruit, more cheeses, sausages, pate. We are enjoying the simplicity of living in our little house in the Perigord.

We visited the Chateau of Beynac this afternoon. The medieval castles are everywhere in this region, and Harrison is a major medieval history buff. Let’s just say he is in his own private heaven this week!
